The Real Me is an educational community initiative from C3 Church Bridgeman Downs. The program is presented as a series of 60-minute lessons held over eight weeks. The Real Me aims to present young females with empowering knowledge and skills to give them a realistic and meaningful insight into their identity, health and relationships.

The Real Me focuses on three key areas.
My Femininity - teaches girls self-awareness about their physical, emotional and cognitive development during puberty.
My Body - teaches girls the importance of sustaining daily food intake and fitness requirements.
My Relationships - teaches girls stratagies to build and maintain positive relationships in their world.
