C3 Kids FAQs

Do I need to register my children?

Yes. For security reasons we require every child who comes to C3Kids to be registered and wear a nametag. In addition, all our children’s leaders and team members have been interviewed, have police clearance and hold a current children’s suitability card.

ImageHow will I recognise the C3 Kids leaders?

All of the C3 Kids leaders and team members will be wearing a nametag which will easily identify them to parents and children. Please ask them any questions or enquires you may have, they will be more than happy to help you.

Where do I register my children?

For all new or visiting families, children need to register at the information Desk. This is located in the main church foyer (just look for the C3 Kids logo). After receiving your visitor nametag and family security card the children can be taken to the appropriate programs.

For regular or members your nametags and family security cards are located in the appropriate rooms. Parents are required to sign each child in and out with their family security card.

How does registration work?

When you come for the first time you fill in a C3 Kids registration form. If you decide to become a regular attendee then we enter your details into our database. This means that your child/ren enter our church follow–up system.

What are Family Security Cards?

Family Security Cards are provided to ensure that only you or someone you authorise can collect your child/ren. Please take care of this card and remember that without it our leaders cannot release your children. We also have a system in place whereby we can let a parent in the church service know if they are needed back in C3 Kids.
Each family is allocated a different number:

  • Visitors are given a number starting with CCV
eg. CCV55. This number might be different
each time you come as a visitor.

  • Members/Regulars will receive a
Family Security Card with a family number
allocated to your child/children within C3 Kids.
    This is a four-digit number eg. 2256.
This number will be printed on each of your
children’s nametags that are in one of the
C3 Kids departments – Beautiful Bubs,
Tiny Tykes, Jellybeans, Launch Pad and NRG Live.

What if my child needs me?

Should you be needed back in one of the C3Kids rooms, your Family Security number will appear on the projector screen at the front of the auditorium. We hope this system gives you greater peace of mind as you leave your child in our care, knowing we can easily contact you when you are needed.

Can I leave my child who has been sick during the week?

It is recommended that if your child/ren have been sick and still has symptoms of the illness e.g. a running nose, temperatures, etc. We kindly ask that you keep your child/ren with you rather than have them attend kids church where they may infect those who are healthy. Often if they are off colour and not 100% this also effects their happiness as well.

My child suffers from allergies or a serious medical problem?

On the registration form a section for this is provided, please complete with all necessary information. On your child/ren’s nametag a red dot will be added. This is so our C3 Kids leaders can easily recognise a child at risk. We always want to provide a safe environment for your child and give you peace of mind.
