Do I need to register my children?
Yes. For security reasons we require every child who comes to C3 Kids to be registered. In addition, all our children’s leaders and team members have been interviewed, have police clearance and hold a current childrens' suitability card.
How will I recognise the C3 Kids leaders?
All of the C3 Kids leaders and team members will be wearing a bluecard and a shirt or apron with the C3 Kids logo which will easily identify them to parents and children. Please ask them any questions or enquires you may have - they will be more than happy to help you.
Where do I register my children?
For all new or visiting families, please approach a friendly member of the Welcome Team and they will direct you to the appropriate program. Each child will be registered by the sign-in attendant and then attend the program.
How does registration work?
When you come for the first time you fill in a C3 Kids registration form. If you decide to become a regular attendee then we enter your details into our database. This means that your child/ren enter our church follow–up system.
Can I place my child in an older or younger program?
Occasionally, children do not want to go into their allocate program because they want to stay with siblings. Unfortunately, due to Workplace Health and Safety regulations, we ask that all children be placed in the correct programs. This also affects our records, pastoring and planning of age-appropriate experiences for your children.
How do I get a Family Number?
Family Numbers are for regular attendees and members of the church and help us effectively pastor each child in our care. The Family Number is part of the system whereby we can let a parent in the church service know if they are needed back in C3 Kids. Each family is allocated a different number.
What if my child needs me?
Should you be needed back in one of the C3 Kids rooms, your Family Number will appear on the projector screen at the front of the auditorium. We hope this system gives you greater peace of mind as you leave your child in our care, knowing we can easily contact you when you are needed.
Can I leave my child who has been sick during the week?
If your child/ren have been sick and still has symptoms of the illness e.g. a running nose, temperatures, etc. we kindly ask that you keep your child/ren with you rather than have them attend kids' church where they may infect those who are healthy. Often if they are off-colour and not 100% this also effects their happiness as well.
My child suffers from allergies or a serious medical problem...
On the registration form, a section for this is provided - please complete with all necessary information. When you sign in your child, please make a note of this in the comments. We always want to provide a safe environment for your child and give you peace of mind.
